I want to take a moment to give the biggest thank you to someone who truly changed the course of my real estate journey – Shiva Bhakshi. Over the past year, Shiva has been more than just a tutor to me. He’s been a coach, a mentor, and honestly, the reason I’m still standing in this program. I’ve failed. More than once. C2 was a complete nightmare for me and he kept my motivation going to continue. There were times I thought about giving up entirely, thinking maybe this path just wasn’t for me. But Shiva never let me quit. He believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself, and that’s something I’ll never forget. Passed C2! Very thankful and appreciative for Shiva, the way he teaches, the lessons, and all the practice test with exam tips and tricks really prepares you when your carefully reading + understanding the format of the exam questions. All you need is 2-3 hours per day BUT focused study time. You can learn so much with shorter studying and consistently improving. Repeat. Repeat.
