I’m so excited you’ve decided to become a real estate agent! When I completed my real estate exams, I remember the feeling of absolute joy and relief of having finally conquered what seemed to be impossible.

Shortly after getting my real estate license, I soon began mentoring students in passing the exams as well.

And soon enough, it grew into what is now one of the largest and well-known coaching services for students looking to get their real estate licenses in Ontario.

Now I know it seems insanely difficult, but I’m here to tell you it’s not.

Look, I get it. The real estate exams can be scary. Not only are they expensive, but you have a limited time to complete all the courses. This can be stressful especially if you have been out of school for a while or if you can’t find the time to study between work and family responsibilities.

But there’s nothing I believe in more than showing people that ANYONE can pass their exams. And no, you do NOT have to be a math genius or study for several hours a day.

That’s why shortly after getting my license, I created a Facebook Group where I shared free notes, tips, and resources to anybody completing their exams. And in less than a year, it grew to over 3500 members! Not to mention the thousands of views I have gotten on both my Tiktok, Instagram, and my Youtube channel.

I then took it a step further and began tutoring students privately and in groups and to my delight, many of them were able to pass with significantly better grades.

But don’t take it from me. Take it from the hundreds of students who passed with the help of my tutoring sessions. If there’s anything I know, it’s that you CAN pass your exams, all it takes is a little guidance and support.
